GEORGIA STATEWIDE, 24/7, ANONYMOUS TEXTLINE

The Breaking Silence Textline is operated by Project Safe’s trained interns and overseen by two Textline Managers.  Breaking Silence utilizes the near peer approach in hopes that teens and young adults will more easily open up about their experiences to someone closer to their own age.  In 2016, the Textline was able to begin expanding with help from Georgia Tech’s Institute for People and Technology through funding offered by the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.  Since 2017, the Textline has been able to provide confidential support, information & referral to teens throughout the state of Georgia.

Dating shouldn't HURT.
